Happy New Year
and it shows on the scale. I am 226 this morning up 2.5 this last week or so. I had a great time with my husband at home but we never made it to the gym last week and we ate freely. This is part of why it is so hard to eat well in this house. But we are back to our routine I went back to the gym yesterday and it felt great, I was still able to do my 45 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes elliptical and 15 minutes of the bike. I am going everyday for the rest of the week, then next week I go to my Mom's house where I may not exercise much but will not pig out like I normally do. I do my first weigh in at the gym next week, since I will be gone I will have to weigh in next Friday. I am not worried too much about losing much before then, just so long as I can lose it after for my teams points.
