I guess I am worse than a cough potato...
Like I said in a previous post, the couch to 5K program starts you off running the first week 60 sec then walking 90 sec. I did good for the first ten minutes or so then that was it. I walked the rest of the time. I guess that makes me worse than a cough potato. UGH!!! Today I only walked, as the program says not to try to do too much at once and the program is a three day a week program, so tomorrow or saturday I will try the run/walk thing again. The program is geared twards getting you to do a 5k in about 30 minutes and it is a 8wk program as it is written out. It will take me longer than that. Oh well.....

Don't get discouraged. Do what you can, but also every day try to do just a little bit more until you're up to twenty minutes. Even if you just add one minute a day.
