This cleanse is impossible. There is no way I can go without eating starches and dairy. It is horrible. I only lasted till 11:30 am when I had to go home and eat a bowl of cereal. I felt like crap, I will still do the salad for dinner and eat more veggies but I will not be able to eat only fruits all day.
