Reached goal
221.5 this morning, my goal was 222. With all the cardio this week I was expecting better (I did 45 minutes yesterday for a total of 160 minutes in three days) but my monthly time is here so maybe the scale will reflect it in the next few days. Taking today off, my back hurts a little I think from "trying" to jog the last few days. I can jog for a few minutes then walk, I can jog about three or four times in one cardio session. I am trying to build it up. I have also got my walking speed up from 3.0-3.3 to 3.4-3.7 and I always set the incline to 2 or 3. I am burning over 500 cal/hr and doing almost and hour at a time. I just keep getting better and better.
