OUCH!!!

OK, now my back doesn't hurt a little it hurts A LOT!!!! I was up at midnight because I couldn't turn over with out a ton of pain, so I got up and took Motrin. This morning it is even worse, this is great considering that I have to work doubles the next two days. I called the doctor and told him I was in too much pain to bring me and my two kids to the office and could he please call something in for me. So he will call in a steroid taper pack which should help quickly. But maybe not by tomorrow. I think I got this flare up of sciatica from all the intense up hill walking/jogging I did on Mon, Tues, and Wed. I am glad I took off yesterday or I might be bed bound today.
