Finally getting started

Finally getting started working on my own. I think I have impressed the unit manager alot. She told the Director of nursing that she needed three of me and that she wouldn't have to worry again......I am really good at what I do and I am proud of that. I am getting a terrible back ache though as I am totally not used to being on my feet for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. I am downing the Advil like candy..... It is that troublesome spot on my back that has the nerve damage, it burns like crazy at times..... Just trying to manage though, hoping that if I drop some weight that that will help and I will try to do the exercises that I learned in rehab, because that seemed to help at the time along with trying remember my posture will help too..
