Chris got this goofy idea that we should try a cleanse. We will start on Monday. The deal is that for 14 days you eat nothing but fruit all day as much as you want of all fruit except for "dinner fruit" like avocados tomatoes and cucumbers (is that a fruit?) then at diner you have a large salad with "diner fruit" and a protein source. You can also make fruit and protein shakes. They suggested a few supplements to go along with the program, including L-lysine, acerola cherry extract and Nordic fish oil. So I picked those up along with a monster woman's vitamin because this cleanse does not have any dairy.
He decided to do this and get back into to working out, which is a great idea for me too. I feel foggy, unhealthy, and weighed down, mentally and physically. It can't hurt (for a short time) and will be good to be trying to be healthy again. For awhile I think I will just jog on the treadmill in the basement then get back to the gym, but I want to see how my feet do. I haven't yet completed the injections with all this other stuff going on.
I am back on the antidepressants, I have lost interest in my coupons and keeping the house clean. The two things I love the most. The house looks like crap and I don't care and I don't enjoy my coupons and finding the deals like I used too. I don't even want to go to the store. Hopefully the meds and getting healthy will help.
