I had a great birthday. Both kids went to spend the night out and Chris and I got to go out to dinner ALONE!!! We went to the Cheesecake Factory and it was wonderful, I enjoyed dinner took some for left overs and skipped the cheesecake. We had cupcakes with the kids instead of a whole cake. Easier for portion control for me. Brandon had three but he only ate the icing. Chris got me an iPod shuffle and it is sooooo tiny!! It will be perfect for working out to some great fast pace songs to keep me going on my cardio at a faster tempo.
I have been fighting a bronchitis for a month now and a course of antibiotics didn't help. I did a little research and found out that two meds I started about six weeks ago can cause cough, chest congestion and bronchitis. I have stopped them as of Saturday and we will see if it will clear me up. I am sure that all this coughing has been a great workout for my Abs but it is getting really old.
