and you think you can celebrate. I guess between not working out much last week due to being sick and feeling like I could go a little crazy eating, the scale is punishing me this morning. I am up 2.5 pounds and nothing to blame but my bad habits creeping back in. I am sure that I won't reach my
bday goal of 218.5 by
Thursday so I will adjust my 20 pound goal to 2/15. Gotta go work out now.
