WowI
I have three "followers". I think that is kind of funny. I am not sure how it happended, but it keeps me wanting to keep up with my blog. So thanks to all my "followers" hehehe. I am pre-planning something in my mind and will write it out before I start. I want to try to eat super clean on Wed thurs and Fri. All whole foods, as natural as possible with as few chemicals as possible. I will skip the boxed, packaged, shelfed stuff and try to eat "real food". I was thinking like a boiled egg and whole wheat toast with mashed strawberries on it for breakfast, maybe a whole grain wrap with sliced chicken and letuce and mustard for lunch with a piece of fruit,and for dinner a lean grilled protien, a whole grain carb and a veggie. For snacks maybe cheese sticks and carrots. I want to see how eating "cleaner" makes me feel.
