New Year New Start
I know this is all common for new years but I am starting this year. I am going to lose a hundred pounds. I have started telling people and I have a picture of myself in my head of who I am and am going to become. Spent today thinking about my eating and for now have decided that for breakfast and lunch I would decide on something that I will eat for those meals for a few days in a row, and make it kind of mindless. Like for the next few days I will have yogurt with All Bran Buds and for lunch I will have a tuna pita. I bought a few snack things that I thought would kill a sugar craving, like applesauce cups and hundred calorie packs. I bought a refillable water bottle and will take it to work and wean off some of the caffine I have been drinking. I have TiVoed Dr. Oz in an attempt to see something nearly everday that is focused on health. I will get on the treadmill 5 days a week and get some exercise. Today I am 242 pounds. This day next year I WILL be 142. I want to be one of those people in the People magazine who "lost half their wieght", but I am not sure I can ever get to 121.
