Went to Super Fresh for the few fresh items I will need for the week to eat out of the pantry (bananas, green pep, and a tomato, and milk). I forgot hot dog buns though. I got two more packs of sale diapers for 6.50 each(pull ups) since I found two more coupons, then I got 4 packs of diet coke with a rain check making them 4/$10. In the clearance section they had oral b toothbrushes for 1/2 price making them 1.25 and I also had $1 off coupons so I got two toothbrushes for .25 each, the kids beg me a couple times a month for a new toothbrush and so far have been lucky to always have some on hand that I have paid less than .25 for. Saved more than I spent which is always my goal.....
Will go to target sometime this week, maybe Friday after my orthodontist appointment (to save gas) and get some 50 cent Colgate. Target has them on sale for 2/$5 and I have a $1 target coupon and a $1 manufacturer coupon which can be combined making the price of one 50 cents!! Hmmmm.. but I hear there is a $1.50 coupon in the new All You mag. that would make the toothpaste free......Of course I will scan the isle for clearance bargains, and end of summer clothing bargains too. I always keep my eye out for the ever elusive 69 cent juice box packs too.
