Lets see.... I have regained most of the weight I lost, I am miserable working 5 days a week, I am considering weight loss surgery, my marriage is in a hole..... I could go on and on. Here is my action plan:
1. I joined weight watchers on line today to try to regain control of my weight
2. I have put in a request at work for the next available weekend double schedule
3. I will work 64 hours with weekend doubles and then pick up the other 16 hours between Columbia and Mt. Airy and keep the kids in daycare. Then I will have some time for myself!!!
****I will only do this until Chris finds a job where he does not have to travel, then my goal is to work 3 twelve hours shifts each week in town and not commute any more*****
4. I think once I get to a better place with myself that my marriage will improve too...
About my health..... I will go this month for a 6 month repeat CT scan of my neck to see if there is any change. I have been given the names of the two most qualified surgeons. The area of the tumor is a highly specialized area and only a few will operate there. If the pain in my back is not related to the mass then I will probably leave it alone.
I am finally thinking that my back pain/ numbness may not be related to the mass, which is awesome. Since starting therapy I have regained feeling on the left side of my back. The only area that is still numb is a knot on the right side of my spine. I still get tingling, but mostly when my posture is poor and if I straighten up it goes away. Medication is helping too.

Sounds like you've got a plan! I need to restart some semblance of a plan -- I've gained weight too. I'm finding it so hard not to eat whatever I want to (with the exception of wheat, right now). Let me know if I can be of any help in any way -- I'll always do whatever I can for you, sister :)
