Just more drama.....

You don't realize how quiet life really is until it starts getting crazy. Now things are not as crazy as they could be but, Brandon has a staph infection on his buttocks which the doctor says she is pretty sure is not MRSA, a nasty antibiotic resistant infection that is hard to treat, he also needs a THIRD set of ear tubes. At my request because of my "instinct" I got his hearing tested and the left is a "5" on a scale of 1-20 with low being good. His right ear on the other hand is a 35 (on a scale of 1-20 ummmm OK) The left ear still has a tube but is close to coming out and the right has been out for a long time so they will just replace them both.

Colin is in the process of getting over giving up the binkie. I thought it would be easier than this. He threw them in the trash on Saturday, got up twice during the night and cried for it. Sunday night he was up cring four times, then last night he was up at least 6 times, it was like having a newborn. Tonight we are not even going to go in the room, just let him "cry it out". We will move Branon to the living room tonight so we might all get some sleep. He has been throwing some nice little fits and is getting quite a little boy attitude. He is very sweet most of the time but he sure can scream when he is mad!!!!

I am hoping to hear something from my work soon about a weekend schedule, the schedule lady hinted at an opening soon. Fingers crossed!!! I went on an interview for a job about twenty minutes from here and may take it if my job does not come through for me soon. It pays the same and is still 5 days a week but I can't let myself get fired from Lorien as I want to work at the one in my town when Chris stops traveling, so I can do 12 hour shifts three days a week instead of 5 days a week. (sounds like heaven)

The stove quit working during dinner last night.....Ahhhh it never ends!!!!

Gotta run, not alot of time right now....
