My foot that is. I have a walking cast on my foot for at least two weeks. I should have went to the podiatrist sooner but oh well. It is either
tendonitis or a stress fracture, either way the treatment is the same, immobilization. No exercise for me until this thing is off. Not even the bike. What ever. Life goes on.

Hi Jenn, I'm sorry your foot is giving you such concern. Having to deal with a walking cast has got to be so hard. Are you able to work with that? I'm glad the new schedule has some perks as well as the not so great spots. Having family weekend time is a huge progress point i would hope. I know it was very hard for us when Kirk was gone. We figured out that for a long while - at least 50% of the weekends in a year he was gone at least a portion of not all of the weekend. Given that he was gone M-F already; that made it tough. By tough i mean that the girls and I could keep up with tasks; but the family time of together; fun and life were so compressed. I will be praying for healing for your foot. Love, Mary
