R.I.P Aunt Nina

Aunt Nina died last night at midnight. She had her Iv nutrition turned off three days ago. Dad said she was able to get out of the hospital and into a hospice where they were able to keep her mostly comfortable and assist her to die with dignity. All of her family was there, grandpa and Neal are taking it the hardest. I am sad for their grief but I didn't have that closeness like I do with other extended family. There has been very little loss in my family but I guess the older you get the more losses you suffer. Each one will probably hurt a little more as they hit closer and closer to home.
