How does that happen?
I know that I ate poorly, and I only worked out three days this week and still I am down a pound from last Friday at the gym. Today on their scale I was 227. Down 1 pound!!!! On the week of my cycle too. This weight loss stuff is such a mystery to me. Once again my goal starting tomorrow is to drink more water and less diet caffienated soda. It is my coffee and the only way I start my day so I will drink two in the morning and then try to drink h2o the rest of the day. It is really hard though to do that on the weekends when I am doing doubles. Maybe I should start that one on a Monday to give myself a chance. I ran into this ultra thin wx-coworker from my last job and she could totally tell I was losing she didn't even ask if I was losing, just asked how much I had lost. I LOVE THAT!!!!
