Little by little I am doing it. I am conquering my obesity. I will not die FAT. I will not continue to live a life that brings me down. I want energy and vitality. I will not live with a burden that I am causing to myself, I will not be self destructive anymore."
As I was writing an email to my favorite Aunt Mary I went off on this little side note, but I found the words inspirational and wanted them here too so I can go back and reread them.
