Last evening after making that great post about not grazing, I did just that last night. My only saving grace was that it was all healthy food, but I ate more than I needed. It was more than a snack, I couldn't quite put my finger on why I was doing it except that it had been days since I did it and some habits are hard to break. When I woke up this am I expected to be punished by the scale but it said 227. Bye bye to 11.5 pounds!!!!!
